"Terrible communication and website. I paid extra for expedited processing, it's over a month later and still no doll. The proof was terrible, and I accepted it even though I wasn't pleased. Lost access to the website about a day after initial order as it consistently gave an error message when attempting to sign in. No confirmation email sent for receipt of order, I had to reach out to make sure they got it. This company is a disappointment at best, find another. In the end, I'm out over $100 for a bobblehead that will be trashed. "
