Parys department

"The parts department were friendly and quick to get me the parts I ordered. I would give them 5 stars. I didn't care for the salesman that met me before I could reach the front door. I told him I was just there for parts. He still was trying to sell me a vehicle. I told him I just bought a vehicle 2 weeks prior and that I was just picking up oil filters. He then tried to sell me on bringing my truck in to have the dealership service it. When I told him I was gonna do it myself he had the audacity to ask me if I knew what I was doing! "

Refund not received

"I placed a parts order on Oct 18 based on coupon emailed to me. After not getting any update, I checked on my order on Oct 24. I received a reply later that afternoon informing me that the battery I ordered was not available. I was offered a substitute which I agreed to. I received an email the next morning, Oct 25 indicating that my order was ready for pickup. I took to old batter with me when I picked up my entire order including the substituted battery. I asked about a refund for the $11 battery core charge that I was charged when I placed my order on Oct 18. After waiting 20 minutes for the clerk to check with a manager, I was told that a refund would be credited back to my credit card. As of today, Nov 11, I still have not received the refund. If I have been given the refund on my credit card when I picked up my order on Oct 25 AND without having to stand in line for over 20 minutes because no one was sure how to give a refund for a battery core, I would have rated my experience FIVE STARS. "
