"I bought what I thought to be 2 boxes of contact lenses in April of this year and reached out to their “company” last month regarding my order because they did not ship my order out yet. They emailed me back saying that they did not receive my payment when my bank account showed that they took the payment out the same day I purchased the contacts. I emailed them showing screenshots of my bank statement and bank account that shows the transaction was fully processed and I paid for my items. They continuously wrote back to me telling me that they do not see a transaction from me and that payment did not go through. I emailed them again and showed a screenshot of my order on their site, my bank statement, and my bank account because they said that they would forward my email to another department. I sent the screenshots again even though they were in the email thread. They claimed that they were going to look into it and get back to me. They supposedly did, and they claimed that I had made a second transaction the same day (I did not - I had only made one transaction ever with that company, and that was for the two boxes of contacts that I am speaking of. I bought both boxes in one transaction). I told them that I am convinced that this is fraudulent because they keep lying to me about my transaction and it shows that I paid in full for my contacts. They claimed that the first transaction did not go through, but the second transaction went through and they see that I did make a payment and they would refund me for that payment since I requested to be refunded. They also claimed that they were about to ship my contacts to me and I wrote them back saying that I wanted a refund. I do not believe that they were about to send anything out to me because they Never sent me a shipping notification. And besides, if they supposedly didn’t receive my payment, why would you ship products to me?! Now all of a sudden I made two transactions….I never made a second order. As of last week, they claimed that they funded me on May 7, but I have yet to see any refund from them. They told me to contact my bank and I did and they do not see any refund nor does my bank see any pending refund to my account from that “company”. I emailed Majorlens and told them that I am convinced that this is fraudulent activity because they keep lying to me about my transaction and saying that they refunded me when I do not have a refund from them. I am very disappointed that someone would do something like this to people or a living. There’s thousands of legit jobs they could do and they decide to be frauds and steal peoples’ hard earned money. Money does not come easy nowadays. Please do not buy from this company ever, they will not refund you any money that you have sent to them, their website is fake, they do not have any products that they will give you as well. They will take your money and lie to you."
