Origin PC
"If you are looking for a top quality custom PC by a company that stands behind their product then look no further. Their customer service is amazing and keep you updated throughout the entire build process. Highly recommend. "

"I was nervous about ordering from exotic PC because I was finding a lot of horrible reviews. Some talk about computers being doa, taking months to receive, horrible customer service, etc.
My experience was the complete opposite. I ordered the zephyrus m16. I got 2 upgraded ssd's with heat syncs, upgraded memory, clean os install, redline os boost, and a recovery key. I wasn't expecting to get this laptop for at least a month. It arrived at my house 11 days after I placed the order! Not 11 business days....11 days! Everything is packaged well and perfectly set up how I wanted. I build my own PC's, but if I ever need another laptop, I know where I will go!"

Origin PC
"I got my first Origin PC in 2014 in which still runs great today. I was very impressed and still am with what a good company they WERE. I feel as though they have moved on from quality and now have a quantity based company. I decided to buy a $10,000 desktop and I could not have been more disappointed. Here is my unfortunate journey.
Disclaimer: not a big computer guy, just expected them to be able to ship and install what I asked for.( I mean, I paid 10k for it)
Got my desktop and played it for a few months, it began over heating so I called support and apparently they had never installed the ICUE correctly for the liquid cooler, AND didn't even plug it into the right port for it to turn on correctly. Played it for 2 more months and the cooler began leaking water all over the GPU. The CPU had again become overheated which probably was the cause of the leaking. I called and got it shipped to them. After almost 2 months, they finally got my PC back to me with the supposed repairs needed. I played it for 2 days and again, overheated and leaked everywhere. It's Oct and I deploy in December 2022 so not being able to play the entire 4 months leading to deploying was extremely disappointing. I had to get it shipped to my next duty station so I wasn't able to open it until August of 2023. Everything seemed to work fine and I deployed again in Nov 2023 coming back in April 2024. Played for a month and the same thing happened...CPU over heated and the liquid was leaking everywhere. Of course my warranty has worn off by now, so they aren't able to pay for any of the damages that I'm sure was caused by once again, their gross incompetence. I'm at a huge loss and I'm sure this will cost me thousands to fix THEIR problem
To sum, since Oct of 2021 I haven't been able to play the system for 6 months straight without it overheating, leaking, or other drastic problems resulting in thousands of dollars of damages. I never received any compensation or warranty extension for this"
