"Shipment was apparently delivered to the wrong address and Fed Ex was stupendously unhelpful in attempting to locate. One Beat was able to make the situation right and sent out a replacement shipment for us. The only area of improvement would be in the follow up. I had to continuously email to check on the status of the remedy. It would have been great if the CSR responded more efficiently. Overall, I'm, extrememly happy and will certainly continue to use One Beat Medical. "
