Exceptional Service from Gordon Moore at Oximedical

"I am deeply grateful for Gordon Moore at Oximedical. He expertly guided us through the complex TRICARE reimbursement process for an Inogen G5 portable oxygen concentrator, making an enormous difference for my husband, a veteran. Gordon’s knowledge and patience were invaluable, especially given the VA only provides cumbersome oxygen tanks. After thorough research and multiple calls, we purchased the G5, and recently received reimbursement thanks to Gordon’s guidance. I highly recommend him for his expertise, dedication, and outstanding support. Thank you, Gordon!"

Misleading reimbursement claims

"Oximedical sales representative,
Moore, stated that Tri-Care for Life would reimburse my wife for purchasing the Inogen 4 POC. We submitted a claim to Tri-Care for Life and it was rejected saying it had to be submitted to Medicare. Gordon Moore never mentioned that Oximedical wasn't a Medicare provider. This is now a waiting game to see if Medicare will approve our claim or not. Gordon Moore has not returned our calls (4), to clarify his statement and to stop misleading Veterans and their spouses. Most Veterans cannot afford to dish out $2400 without knowing they will be reimbursed for their expenses. I have read through the reviews for Oximedical and found this is not the first time an Oximedical sales representative has made this misleading sales pitch. (See ]MONETARY RELIEF) When I called Oximedical, I was simply transferred to Gordon Moore's voice mail and again no return phone call. I recommend everyone just go straight to Inogen for purchasing POCs.
