"Part lady wasn't going to work a minute past 3 PM last Saturday, even though I asked to purchase an $1100 tonneau cover at 2:49 PM. Said an online order was best. Cost me a second trip from Richardson. Black guy at pickup was very helpful and considerate. Helped me load the heavy item. He deserves a bonus or raise. "
