"The website specifically stated that the part would be shipping from San Antonio which is 3 hours from my home in the same state. After a week of not receiving it or any notification of a shipping date I emailed them. They sent a brief note that stated it would ship direct from the manufacturer and take about 2 weeks. No apologies or explanations for why their website specifically stated something different. I would have gone another direction had they been honest and upfront."
