"I've ordered 2 banner stands for $375 and $353 respectively, each because they had custom, swap out cartridges. The case is good, the picture nice quality. I WOULD be happy except...
The banner top rests on a little cheap piece of plastic (instead of the pole going into the metal top as others) - and that plastic got broken in transit AND POSTUPSTAND HAS NO SOLUTION other than to order another banner for $hundreds! Their answer was "you bought it Nov. 2023, order another one." Really? Why don't they design it like others, with the pole going into a hole in the metal top?"
