"The Gen 2 10 -shot loader broke for some reason. I called support and the guy told me he does not hear this too much. He said pointed pellets could cause the damage which was not in any of the advice I have read. I am hoping the new one lasts longer. Also although it was only $18 and is very small you guys charge a lot for shipping. So, so far I am very unhappy with the gun. Wish I had not bought it."

"Initially after opening shipping box it seamed that everything was packaged neatly and securely. Even the pellets can was placed in a box with with fitted foam! But when I got to the bottom, there was a plastic boxed item that was smashed causing most of the contents to be spilled all over the bottom of the box. Luckily it was a soft light item that wasn't damaged and seemed to be all contained in the shipping box (didn't bother to count how many I was able to recover). Maybe not as well packaged as I initially thought. "
