"Never buy from this company !!! I have purchased a Hermes bag from them online. I never received it!! I had have to trace it myself with FedEx. But Rebag filed a lost claim to FedEx. They received the money from FedEx for the lost claim. Three months later, Rebag still won’t refund the money to me! They kept my money and FedEx’s money!!
First, They told me to contact FedEx myself as a recipient!! I confronted them with FedEx’s paid claim number. Then they told me that Affirm put a charge back on my account. I called Affirm and got a confirmation from Affirm that there’re never a charge back on the account. I have forwarded the information to Rebag. They won’t take it. They won’t contact Affirm. They said Affirm have to contact them directly saying there’s no charge back. I suggested to do a three way call. They refused the idea. They kept telling me that their system showing there’s a charge back. But they don’t contact Affirm to get the truth about it. They just kept my money and has been kicking the ball around.
This company is really disgusting. Really dishonest. Never buy from them!!!"
