"Had an appointment for shocks to be changed came out and I didn’t stay out there to watch but repair man said he changed them.. drove and still heard squeaking. I called and was told I needed to change the mounts and they didn’t offer that.. I had the hardest time trying to get the mounts changed because every shop I went to said, when I got the shocks changed the mounts should have been changed too.. after going to three shops I found a place and to pay additional 150. My car is still squeaking, called for the repair man to come back to inspect under warranty and was told I will be charged. Which is crazy because what’s the point of the warranty. I also had a second appointment for leak diagnostic, man came out and this time I set outside and watched. The man never lifted the car up to diagnose the leak only popped hood and look over. Was told the leak was the coolant thermostat housing. Very next day went to the mechanic who changed my mounts and was told that the leak is not the thermostat housing but an oil leak from valve cover. I requested a refund for both service and was denied. I feel that the mechanics that’s being sent out are not doing a good job. And once again I’m putting money into a service not fully fulfilled. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Yes it is convenient but too pricey to be getting wrong information and throwing away money…"
