"I was hoping for more vibrant colors instead of a washed out look. However it matches my furniture and is pretty. Quality is nice but not the same as a wool rug."

Looked nothing like pictures and stink like chemicals
"I tried to follow the return protocol, but it kept saying they had no record of my purchase. I finally got tired of looking at them on my porch, so I took them to FedEx and refused shipment (which is what he told me to do.) I never got a refund, so it is all a good learning experience. Just because something is on "sale", doesn't mean it is a good product. It's my own fault for falling for their low price tactic. I don't recommend these rugs."
