"Placed a fairly large parts online order with the Parts Department. Called the store to clarify a couple of parts. Their staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The parts arrived swiftly and communication was prompt. Staff was friendly when I picked everything up. Will use them again."

"Ordered left and right lower ball joints for my 2004 Toyota Tundra and replacement bolts. The left ball joint was the incorrect part. The packing slip showed correct part checked off and the bag containing the incorrect ball joint was clearly labeled with a part number that did not match the packing slip. Of course I did not realize they sent the wrong part until I had completely disassembled the driver's side assembly, ready to put the new part on. Had to reinstall the old ball joint wasting over 2 hours of my time only to have to do it all over again once I got the correct part from another dealer. Now it's been 4 days since they received my return and I still have not gotten a credit refunded to account."
