"Plumber here! Came to a homeowners house that had a Signature Hardware fixture. I called about possibly getting parts to help the homeowner in repairing it. Jean F from customer service answered my call and she asked me to send pictures of the fixture. She quickly emailed me from her email and I provided her with pictures and she quickly set up an order for me to get everything shipped to the homeowners house ! This helped me help the homeowner in a quick turnaround time. "

"Now discontinued shower rod they sold as indoor/outdoor they now claim not meant for outdoor use. Because item discontinued I have no proof their brochure in 2007 advertised in specifications that is was meant for indoor/outdoor use. How do I locate discontinued items for SH?"
