"No response no updates I have a ups tracking order that says returned to sender because my address was invalid being in apartment trying to order it. So I put in random boxes apartment 2 but nobody cared to look, fix you're website so I can put an apartment number, and damn give me my package I paid for on the 9th. Almost 20 days ago. Or a response with an update. Just need one freaking special clip."
