"Unprofessional behavior at Tutor Time

The Teacher name is Sheronna Dill I rate her a 2/10 preposterous teacher. “Inexcusable”

Today I received a notification that my son was checked out, worried as he should not have been checked out, I called to inquire 3 times with no successful contact. I just so happen to be near the area, so I decided to drive to the school to make sure everything was ok.

When I arrived, I found my son there and learned that he was checked out in error. During this time, the teacher above that I mentioned asked why I didn't call, I explained that I did, with no success she then asked why I did not email. I did not because I was close to the school, so I decided to just come.

Relieved that my son was not checked out, I decided to leave as I needed to continue with my day, as I was walking out, I noticed an ad for yoga classes, so I turned back around to ask for more details and to possibly enroll my son in yoga.

Approaching the door, I heard the teacher mentioned above talking negatively about me
(it was bad).

I listened for a minute then stepped in the room to make my presence known and to ask her why she was speaking about me in such a manner.

Immediately the teacher began yelling and insulting me at the top of her lungs and moving towards me in menacing fashion. (I did not yell, scream, or approach her, simply asked why she would be speaking about me the way she was)

The teacher continued yelling in front of 18 kids and fellow teachers until the Assistant Director and Director stepped in to defuse the situation.

This is horribly unprofessional, and cruel to talk to a consumer in a way that was not warranted. I had no idea that this teacher had any issues with me. She wasn't speaking on anything that had to do with my child, she was speaking on my looks, down to how she didn't like the smell of my perfume.

To add insult to injury, after me making my presence known the way she began yelling and screaming and throwing out insults
and walking towards me as if she was going to physically harm me was downright tasteless and classIess, and does not encompass what I've always raved about with Tutor Time as a provider for my children.

This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. One that I did not see coming and never experienced before. (I really feel awful for the children). She is a horrible teacher; this was a very unprofessional and inappropriate way to act. It's fine to have an opinion about the parents, I get it but for the toxic opinions to be allowed that are not conducive to the environment is unheard of and very hurtful and should not have been allowed.

Now, I am questioning how safe it is to have kids there with this teacher in building?
