"My son was abused by his teacher who they fired after reviewing footage but they refused to let me see footage. Yes they offer live footage but you will be denied footage if there is a issue and you did not see what happen. I have two witnesses who seen my son teacher be aggressive with him and snatching his pacifier out his mouth for no reason and refused to give it back when he cried for it. There are suppose to be two team leads at the desk monitoring cameras and not one person caught this. Their website say they have great staff but they do not!! There are a few teachers my son liked but majority of the staff is constantly texting on their phones at the desk and in class. On my tour the teachers were all on their phones and I mentioned that from the start. My son has bruises on his back from the teacher who shoved him against the wall and I never got an apology from the district manager on this. They even withdrew my son without my knowledge and couldn’t care less about losing a family. No sympathy or anything which makes it even more disgusting. Do not go to this center. The district manager Theon James is no help and she would be the one viewing your child’s footage and speaking on behalf of your child on what she feel was right or wrong instead of allowing the parent to view footage and make that decision. They are never on time with giving incident reports and I’m always told we will add that to our list. My son been there for 4 months and still didn’t have his name in the sign in binder. This place is a embarrassment!! Don’t go here unless you are on with being denied footage you would have seen live! "
