"I bought a new windshield for my 2018 4Runner from this dealer. This was an on-line deal where I was picking up the part in person at their parts department. Although I had to drive 42 miles, the trip was totally worth the effort and time - instead of the $ 646 MSRP, I ended up paying $ 375 plus tax after all the discounts were applied. I could have purchased the same part for around $ 150 from an aftermarket store, but that would be a Chinesium, which is not what I want. The part I bought is an original Toyota component, Made in Japan, and I am certain it will fit and perform better than any of the aftermarket clones available. Two days after I placed the order, the dealer e-mailed me that the part is ready for pick up. When I arrived at the dealer, the part was already waiting for me at the counter, all I had to do was to present my invoice, sign for delivery, and I was on my way home. The whole transaction took about 5 minutes (tops), and that included manipulating this large part into the cargo compartment of my vehicle. The staff at the parts counter was very helpful and nice. Overall, great experience. Next time I need something for my vehicle, this dealer's on-line store will be my first choice."
