"Rude customer service. Extremely slow shipping with the excuse is because of Covid. Will cancel your order after waiting and waiting for it to be shipped and calling customer service over your concerns. I suggest that you choose a different tobacco retailer to purchase your tobacco needs as tobacco general is not the only one out there. Buy from this company at your on risk.
