"I found VIP Outlet several years ago looking for HP printer ink. I was happy with my experience back then and with my purchase. So I made a list. I set a $200 limit. VIP Outlet! I went directly to their website. And I am so happy I did. I got 8 of my 10 items. Good quality products, prices so good it'd make you wanna slap your Mama, really fast delivery on shipments from around the states, and what made it all possible? The prices of my items. They were so LOW I needed help to get back up after my kid slapped me! Great job everyone! Thanks VIP Outlet! "

" recently purchased a Cricut 8002002 Explore Air 2 Bundle Cutting Machine from this seller on eBay, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
When the package arrived, I discovered that the machine was sent without a power cord, making it essentially unusable. I contacted the seller immediately, and it took them an astonishing 3-4 days to confirm that the power cord was indeed missing from the package.
What's even more frustrating is that the seller's proposed solution was a mere $10 refund for the missing cord. Considering that the machine is worthless without its power source, this offer felt like a slap in the face.
To add insult to injury, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional 7 days to receive my refund. This entire experience has been a lesson in patience and disappointment.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this seller to steer clear. Their lack of attention to detail, slow response times, and inadequate resolution measures make them a seller to avoid at all costs."
