"I found VIP Outlet several years ago looking for HP printer ink. I was happy with my experience back then and with my purchase. So I made a list. I set a $200 limit. VIP Outlet! I went directly to their website. And I am so happy I did. I got 8 of my 10 items. Good quality products, prices so good it'd make you wanna slap your Mama, really fast delivery on shipments from around the states, and what made it all possible? The prices of my items. Damaged item, no resolution
"Received my order of a very expensive set of headphones which arrived damaged. Things happen but, there was zero effort to make it right in a timely manner when explaining this was a gift. Will never work with VIP Outlet again and neither should you."
