"The overall quality was excellent. We had three flowers that needed to be substituted due to availability issues. This was a bit frustrating, and one of the colors substituted didn't match the wedding colors very well, so we did not use them as intended. The other two substitutions were fine. Customer service was quick to communicate the information via text and were easy to work with. There was one unexpected upcharge of $15 because they said I ordered from a May catalog instead of the July one. The $15 was not a deal breaker, and the quality and timeliness were still worth the price."

"Ordered tulip magnolia stems. In terribly condition when arrived. It happens but the process to file a "claim" is ridiculous and then trying to use the credit was all but impossible. I must have 20 hours into documenting to file the claim and trying to be able to use the claim. I would not recommend this company for that reason. It is not acceptable."
