"First they send me a grid cassette with absolutely no packing material with the metal rod pocking out of the box. This was the wrong item. When I emailed them the dimensions of the one I needed they said they would send the correct one and would wave the restock fee. I then get an email saying they are refunding my money minus the $40 restock fee, this is after I packaged it correctly and paid $35 to send it back to them. So I lost $75 by going with Yard and pool. They then ignored my emails asking why they lied to me about sending me the correct one and waving the restocking fee. Absolute incompetents. "
