I deeply regret purchasing from Diamond Nexus. My semi-eternity ring started losing stones within the first 30 days of ownership, which should have been a red flag. They repaired it once for free, but when the issue happened again, they refused to honor their warranty and didn’t even inform me of additional charges until after they had the ring.
