Shipping was weird

"When I ordered, it said my part would be there Monday. Then it was Wednesday. Then it was Thursday. I didn’t end up getting it until the following Tuesday. It’s probably because they use FedEx. At least I could track it, don’t know why other people had issues with that. And I got the correct part. Looks good as new. "

Shipment late

"I ordered a part and needed it quickly, so I paid for expedited shipping. I was told I’d get the item on Saturday. The package wasn’t delivered until the following Wednesday. Thankfully, they refunded the difference of the shipping cost when I asked, but I would have gone through a different company if I would have know the advertised shipping speed was going to be so deceptive!"

STILL WAITING ON PARTS

"I HAVE USED PARTS GEEK BEFORE WITH NO ISSUES, HOWEVER THIS TIME I PLACED AN ORDER ON 9/11 AND SHOWS IT IS STILL IN AZ STILL AT FED EX SHIPPING. PARTSGEEK ONLY ALLOWS YOU TO EMAIL THEM WITH ISSUES ON YOUR ORDER , SO I REACHED OUT YESTERDAY ABOUT IT (BTW, IT IS NOW 9/25) AND SAYS THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME IN 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS. I AM AT A STAND STILL ON A VEHICLE WAITING ON THESE PARTS TO ARRIVE. I THOUGHT ABOUT RE ORDERING AND JUST SENDING THESE BACK IF THEY EVER SHOW UP. I HAVE A FEELING THIS IS GOING TO BE A "FED EX" ISSUE AND I WILL HAVE TO REORDER ANYWAYS. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY AGAIN PARTSGEEK IS USUALLY AWESOME AND HAVE HARD TO GET PARTS. BUT IF SOMETHING IS A NO SHOW IT IS HARD TO GET AN ANSWER ON IT. "
