"I was on the site for 30 minutes and it completely shut down. I mean it was not an internet thing, it was shut down for maintenance. Am I the only person that shops at 2 AM? That is impossible! I mean really, you should have put a banner message or something on the homepage warning of this. I lost everything in my cart, and believe you me it would have been a really good sale for you too! I WON'T waste my time with that ever again! "
