Poor Customer Service Follow Up

"I purchased a right-side handguard for my Multistrada from their product search and it came in three weeks later in the wrong color. Not really a big issue, but it didn't match the left-side handguard. I called at least 10 times (left messages at least twice) and emailed to try and either get the right color or order the other side in black. Never returned any phone calls or emails after days of waiting. Ordered the matching part from another Ducati parts dealer. Would not chose to use Cross Country again due to the lack of response. "
