"I had a few photos I wanted to order as tiles. I wasn't sure if I was using the cropping tool correctly and wrote them to ask for help ensuring my image would not run off the edges or be too far in that you'd see a white background. Jo wrote back right away and ensured the design team would take a look and make sure it was good. The tiles turned out beautiful. They were packed securely and I even got a handwritten thank you note. I love the company is family owned and you can definitely see it reflected in their attention to detail and customer service. I would totally recommend!"
