"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.

I then had to call your company to ask why I was being invoiced and if my order had been processed and shipped. They explained to me that my order was prepaid and processed and that I did not need to remit payment. They went on to explain that "the invoice is just how we do thing," and that "if read down below if says not to pay if you already have." Your process seems a bit ridiculous - how about sending an order confirmation in lieu of an invoice instructing you to remit payment?
