"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."
"I placed an order with them. The next day they issued a 17% off discount. I called. They said because they had already "picked" my order they would not provide the discount. Mind you, they had not shipped my order. They had merely "picked it".
That ****. They new the day before when I placed my order that a 17% discount was coming. I asked for them to place the discount. They said no. I asked them to offer me a credit applied to future orders equivalent to the discount I would have gotten. They ignored me. NO OTHER retailer would do that. They would simply provide the discount.
So they (in my opinion) were telling me to buy all of my future needs from someone else. If you evaluate how much I have spent at their place, this decision doesn't seem like a smart one. But it is their decision to make. Now they will have to live with it. "
