"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

"The 8 foot LED bulbs are a excellent product and 1000 bulbs stands behind there product 100%.
The only issue I have is packaging. The bulbs are well packaged except for the ends of the box. The box should be a little longer to allow more cushion packing at the ends, and bright color warning stickers to let the carrier know the package contains glass tubes and not to stand up on end."

"I ordered 3 GU-10 bulbs, modified the order with Hollandearly on 10-14, who indicated that it would likely to out the same day, given the time of the order (around 9 AM)..
It is now 9/15 (once day later) and when I phoned, at 1PM EST, I was told by a rep that it may not even go out today, given the time of day. today. There seems to be a disconnect between shipping status and the reps.
This is not an emergency order by any means, but there appears to be some confusion as to when goods will ship.
Previously, on a larger Soraa order, Holland and staff were great and very patient with me, even to the extent of informing me of newer Soraa bulbs they carried, and which I ordered - 15 of them.
My conclusion is that one can get excellent information (esp from Holland) regarding the goods that 1000 bulbs carries, but not so much about expected shipping times. "
