"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.

"My first purchase here, and probably my last. The staff was amazing and helpful, so I added a star. I will also state that I am at fault for ordering the wrong product. I bought LED bulbs to replace 4 ft t8 fluorescents that didn't require me to bypass the existing ballast. They had a compatibility list/sheet that was several pages long and every ballast was marked compatible. I thought that meant it will work with all ballasts. However, that was not the case. No big deal, I'll just return and get the right bulbs. However, 1000bulbs do not offer return labels even at my expense. Their free shipping to me showed a $20 credit for shipping costs. I assumed I could pay the shipping cost to return them at the $20. However, they require you to get your own shipping label. Well the 4 ft box costs over $100 to ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx. The 25 bulb pack only cost $100. So because I didn't read the fine print on returns, I have flushed $100 down the toilet for a product that doesn't work. And I'm stuck with no help on shipping from the company. Live and learn I suppose."
