"Just so you know, 1010tires shipped my rims without plastic guards on the rim edge. I took two rims out of the to check offset and bolt fitment. These were 5zigen fn01r-c hot version 5 lug 114.3mm pattern. The bolt pattern on the first on I checked was slightly too small and didn't fit. I sent them back at my cost and had to pay 15% restocking fee. They now claim I mounted tires on the two I removed from the boxes and want to ding me for some more dough. Just be aware that they are happy to take your money but very reluctant to return it."

My Toyota Highlander has 19 inch rims and Winter Tires in that size were not available anywhere in Calgary this winter. My Toyota dealership ordered a set for me and promised I would get them in by mid to late November. They called in early December and said they wouldn't be getting any in until the END of December. I found 1010tires.com online and they actually had the winter tires I needed in my size.
After I placed my order I received an email from 1010tires.com advising me that my tires were back ordered and wouldn't arrive for 7 to 10 days. They asked if I still wanted the order. I replied "YES Please!" I received my tires less than one week later.
I still needed a set of All Season tires for the Highlander and a few weeks ago I checked 1010tires.com website for them. The website said that the tires in my size were sold out. I called 1010tires.com to ask when they might be available. The CSR put me on hold for a minute while he called the supplier. When he came back, he told me that the supplier had the tires and the website would be updated within 15 minutes. I ordered the tires on the Thursday afternoon and the tires arrived at my door on the Tuesday morning!
I can't say enough great things about 1010tires.com - They are THE BEST!! Maybe that's why they are called 1010 - because they are rated 10 out of 10!
