"I ordered tyres for my classic 95 Olds Cutlass. Based on specs for the car the tyres were shipped but unfortunately the size was a bit large. I was offered a full refund but decided to exchange for another size. Steve and John along with the rest of the team at the Mississauga depot sorted me out and installed the alternate tyres when I arrived. A very professional experience. I now have Khumo 215/60/16 Solus HA31 all weather tyres fitted. After only 80kms of hiway driving in wet/dry conditions I can confirm these are excellent tyres. "

"Checked out various places for winter rims for my 2017 MDX, and choose 1010 tires. The rims arrived within a couple of weeks of ordering. The shipping charges were very reasonable. The black lugs worked well with the gun metal rims. They look better than the factory wheels. The website was easy to use, and find smaller compatible rims than what come from the factory. The shipment tracking made it easy to follow where the shipment was, and book an appointment to get the rims mounted. Overall, a great purchase. "
"I bought 2 sets of 2 tires through their Amazon web site I only received one set of 2. Turns out they admitted their own web site is confusing and i got only 2 tires total for $685 total.
I said I was returning them. I had to pay for shipping and was charged another 15% by them. In total I paid out $700 and was refunded $485 in total. I am out over $200.
SCAMMERS stay away from them"
"I ordered 4 tires from this site. I received an email a few hours later stated that they made a mistake on the price and that my order had been cancelled. They did not even try to accommodate me at all. I was told that if I wanted the tires I would have to pay the full price. One would think a large operation would at least try to make the customer happy, but no, they did not want to hear it. This is the first time I have ever dealt with a company that was is so unwilling to admit their mistake and work with the customer. Instead I was told by the owner that he did not care about trying to be accommodating to me when people are dying right now. I will never shop there again."
"Ordered in June from a special and sale for winter tires and black steel wheels. So it started out fine.
Installed the winter tires at home before a major snow fall on November 11th.
Speed wobble / shake at 80 kph. With the major snow fall, some two weeks plus till I could get a local appointment to check the balance. Now I have to pay out of pocket for something that should have been fine on the order. Past winter tires balanced and smooth riding after 4-6 years.
Not a good start, plus not a reply back from the customer service contact email and sent two emails.
Guess I am buying my next set of tires and wheels elsewhere.

"just installed my winter wheels and tires today (before the snow flies in Manitoba). Perfectly packaged for shipping. The fit and looks are terrific. They cloned the codes on my Stinger and all tpms read perfectly. More comfortable ride than my all-season, not noisy and seem to grip pretty good but I'll save some judgement for ice/packed snow. Over the years this has been my very best purchase from 1010 . Very happy with everything but prefer it never snowed..."
"Purchased my 37" cooper stt pros. Manager there was super friendly, overall experience was decent but definitely don't waste your time getting your big 35 or 37" MT or AT there. While I waited, I heard the young kid talking and bragging about how he has to mount 37" tires, I definitely didn't expect these tires to be balanced properly. As expected, had major vibration at steering wheel and seat from tires being not balanced properly. Ended up going to RT tires to get them properly balanced. I could've gone back to 1010 tires but I knew they wouldn't be able to get them balanced properly"
"I ordered a set of tires from 1010Tires only to find out minutes later they are way more expensive than their competitors (example QuattroTires is almost $100 less), thinking they value being competitive (almost all tire shops price match up until 30 days after the sale, including Kal Tire) I assumed they'd want my repeat business and referrals and would credit the amount they over charge compared to competitors. They refuse to price match and charge a 15% restocking fee to cancel any order.
Their business is to rip people off and not be competitive."
