I just got them today and they look NOTHING like the pictures. The print is horribly done. I just opened the box and the letters look like they're already coming off the glass. I am SO dissatisfied. I will NEVER be buying anything from this store again. They are HORRIBLE!!! I would upload a picture of the final result if this website allowed it."
"DO NOT ORDER THE 'BROTHERS' WOOD FRAME if you want crisp lettering on ALL the words on the frame. If you look very closely at the word 'Bros' on the picture of the frame you will see that the word is not clearly cut. And that is the way it is shipped!! When brought to their attention this is the response I got - 'I verified with the image on the website and that is how it is shown on the site for that word Bros.' End of customer service response! No apology or remedy for the error. I would not recommend this site based on their customer service and quality control - or lack thereof - in both instances!"
