The material the tag was made from was so cheap, thin, and flimsy that after one day our puppy had chewed the color off and within three days she had chewed off pieces of the metal! Within four days we had to remove what was left of the tag, so that she would not choke on it.

The two stars are because 121personalgifts.com service was acceptable. Received what was ordered and in a timely fashion. Just that the product was of very poor quality. "
