At first the website told me a week or so, I don't remember.
Then when that deadline was coming up, they said they are out of that product and must change the shipping day to December 24th. The product was received on the 23rd as a gift but the flask was smudged. Something happened while handling the customized flask that smudged the label.
Although the gift was smudged, the company quickly and politely corrected their mistake and sent another. Free of charge.
