"I only clicked on one star because it would not let me leave as zero. This company took my money and never sent me my ink cartridge, despite numerous attempts to contact them. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau, and they attempted to contact them as well, but also unsuccessful. I also contacted the FTC, who sent me to a web-site that contained "let the buyer beware" information. So basically I'm out the funds. Save yourself and your money and do not use this website. I am still trying to petition to have this fraudulent website taken down!"
"I ordered the wrong ink. Contacted them on the correct procedure to return ink for a rebate. Did all the steps to correctly. No rebate credited. I sent an email documenting the steps I took. I asked again for the rebate. Never credited. This was 6 weeks ago!!...45$ down the drain. I am surprised these people are still in business. "

"I purchased five cartridges from 123getink.com for my hp officejet pro 8610 last year and just now tried them and non of them will work in my printer. I tried following their instructions on trouble shooting for errors but this did not help. Tried calling them but only get a recording. Since I'm past the return date policy I'm out the $50.00 I spent for them. I took my four old cartridges to Costco and had them refilled for $30.00 and they all worked fine in my printer. Do not purchase cartridges from 123getink their product is garbage. "

"Do not order from this company. The product is no good. You cannot contact them by phone and they do not answer e-mails. I sent them an e-mail on 5/1/16 and today (5/18/16) I sent them another e-mail asking why they did not reply. I tried the phone also, but no success in reaching anyone. "The ink leaked all over, it is NOT an Epson product as pictured, and they would NOT provide me with any return information. The only time they responded was when the credit card placed a hold on the charge, then they wouldn't respond after that. I would still like to return the cartridges if they would just provide the information."

"I purchased ink from here previously and had no problem so thought I'd make another purchase. This time is a completely different story. I placed an order on Aug 29. USPS received notice of item to be shipped on Aug 31. Company site says ink was shipped on Sept 2. Today is Sept 28 and still no ink! I have sent multiple emails and messages with no reply. My payment was also processed on Aug 29. Unfortunately, there is no contact number to be found. That itself should have been a red flag...guess I handed $30.00 over to a scam!!!"

"Am very surprised at the two strongly negative ratings, as it was not my experience at all. I initially got an extremely good deal on a set of 10 cartridges (two sets of color refills and 4 black). When I opened the first cartridge it leaked, however 123GetInk replaced it promptly and at their expense. Am pretty sure it was a result of having shipped from low to high altitude, and I didn't let it acclimate a little before opening. In any case they fixed the situation promptly and never experienced again. The cartridges seemed to be filled much fuller than OEM or other refills, as I have gotten far more mileage out of them than any others I ever purchased for this printer. I will definitely buy from them again, and will hope the two other reviews were just flukes..."

"I purchased ink from 123Getink.com and was mailed ink cartridges for the wrong printer. You only have 14 days to return the cartridges to get your money back. I had to ship them back (at my OWN expense) using the return address located on the website. My shipment was returned to me because the building at that address was "abandoned", according to UPS. I called 123Getink and was given a different address to re-send the cartridges to (no apology was offered and it was insinuated that I was at fault for not calling to verify the return address). I had to ship the cartridges back...again...at my own expense...again. I have never received a refund and it has been months now! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!"
