"I had to contact customer assistance to get directions an possibly remedying my inability to Have my Ebson WF 610 to recognized the ink cartridges. She informed me to take out the black cartridge after unplugging the copier. Cycle it as it will ask you to install the Black cartridge after cleaning the contacts with a q tip paper to And drying it with a paper towel While shaking the cartridge ant tapping it on a hard surface. I installed the cartridge it worked but streaks, and sections black skips and in parts, it does not print at all. I am very displeased with the Black Cartridges. It also said that it didn't recognized the magenta. I repeated the process. The only problem I am now having with black cartridge."
