"One of the two color reman cartridges I received from this vendor was defective and leaked red ink on the test page when I printed it. The shipping carton showed no damage, but the packaging of the cartridge itself was distorted and partially crushed. The second cartridge in the order is working fine. I have not yet needed to install the black ink cartridge. I will expect free replacement, including all shipping costs, of the defective cartridge. I have experienced no previous problems with this vendor."
