"This was my fourth order from 123Inkjets, so you should realize I am rather happy with the quality of the ink I have been getting. There was a slight glitch in this last order, which may have been with my internet connection - or it may have been a problem at the order site, however it was solved so promptly that it is only mentioned as a plus to the customer service.
The ink has been good quality for my purposes but if I was wanting photo quality - on photo paper - the color tone rendering seems to be lacking and the ink smudges easily for too many minutes before it is dry.
The only problem worth mentioning has been that the packaging is such that the release tabs on the cartridges are frequently broken (6 out of 8) but it does not affect the operation of the cartridge, just the ease of removing it from the printer.
I WILL order again - and again. I did a double order this time as I am doing a lot of printing this quarter."
