"the cartridges arrived in a timely fashion. The packing was not very professional as the boxes were smashed so they don't sit on a shelf by the printer very well. Small envelope for 4 boxes. I know it is not really a big problem just a little frustrating that you couldn't use packaging more appropriate. "
