Terrible Customer Service

"They sent my order a day early. This isn’t a huge deal, but when asked about it, they chose to lie about it. The recipient already responded and I have their emails verifying they sent it and it was received. They still lied. There’s nothing that turns me away from a business faster than lying to me. I’ll be using someone else in the future. "

Too much junk in the email the receiver gets

"Send birthday card to someone and myself ( to check it out). Must be 10+ links in the email for various things and when clicking on the card there are a ton of advertisements."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE ....first of all when they sent the invoice with my merchandise, there was no phone number..only a website address and it is THE WRONG WEBSITE..that is when my first warning signs went off..I finally found a number on my paypal invoice....the guy I talked to was from another country, he had no clue what he was doing, he couldn't find my order with the order # they gave me , they said it didn't exist....it sounded like a sweat shop ..it was so loud in the background that I could hardly make out what the guy was saying ...after a while he said "ummmm I will have a manager follow up with your case".. I am still waiting for that call..its been 2 weeks. ..here is what happened... I ordered an electric fireplace , it was $75 cheaper then everywhere else ( I gladly would have paid even more to not have to deal with this nightmare) I used paypal to checkout....a page came up saying that the payment would not go through and to use another form..so I used my amazon prime member ship ....well 2 fireplaces showed up at my door..they ran both through....they are saying it is my fault so they are charging me a $125 to come and get it ....I have been going back and forth for 2 weeks, each person I talk to is clueless and I have to start from the beginning...they are a scam ...stay away!!!!!"

"Buyer Beware!! I purchased a $350.00 watch from these people and it was sent to me not working. The time could not proceed as something was wrong with the mechanism of the watch. I immediately emailed them and the only response was a from letter promising they would contact me immediately. This is now 3 dauys before Christmas. I told them it was a special Christmas gift for someone but still no contact. I will have to contac the manufacturer and see if they will at least repair or replace it. Very poor customer service and merchandise"

"When item said to be in stock was pending almost a week later tried to get information/cancel order. 3 emails, and a unanswered phone call later ... I bought the needed item elsewhere then went through paypal and requested refund and to cancel the pending order. The next day 123 updates paypal with a tracking number and ships the item. I had to refuse the package and use the tracking number information to prove it to get refunded. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT - buyer beware. "

"Ordered a mailbox from this store because the price could not be beat. Item was shipped promptly, got here in a fairly reasonable amount of time (I admit I am spoiled by Amazon Prime). Oddly, I was emailed more invoices after the package arrived. I wrote customer service to bring it to their attention, just in case they were not aware of it. They responded it was being fixed.

Mailbox was in perfect shape. Alas, we decided on a different style. I figured I would have to cover the shipping to return it...did not expect to have to pay a 15% restocking fee. Since the mailbox is heavy, I decided it just was not worth the cost of postage plus the fee. I can resell the mailbox.

So I proceeded to place an order for a different style of mailbox. The site was super glitchy this time. I called customer service after numerous tries to submit the order, and instead of letting me pay for the mailbox over the phone, I was advised to try a different browser. I ended the conversation and tried all the browsers on several different computers, with no luck. I sent them an email and got a robo-reply referencing my previous order number.

It is several days later and the site is still broken, even though a new sale is now being advertised, as well as a banner for a new promo code. Since my time is running out before the mason is scheduled to build the housing for our mailbox, I spent an extra $20 to purchase the mailbox from a more reliable source.
