"Do not buy from this merchant. They are deliberately cheating their customers by under filling the products they sell. I ordered four 60ml bottles of bulk ink jet printer ink and what I received were four bottles containing only about 40ml of ink., i.e. the bottles were only 2/3 full!! None leaked out in transit so they were under filled at the factory.

After many phone calls and many emails to their customer service (ha!!) I got no resolution from 12Refills. They even lied and claimed their 60ml bottles will actually hold 90ml when it clearly says 60ml on the bottle. They must think their customers are stupid.

So I suggest you get your ink and cartridge supplies somewhere else and save yourself a lot of frustration.

"They have a store in LA that doesnt offer all the items they have online, but its convenient to have a local supply. I order online when possible as they do free shipping over a certain amount and they offer the refill kits which cant be found in store (although i heard same or similar ones in frys)."

"They did good on my order delivering it on time and product as described and as expected. No complaints except that it would be nice if they had an east coast location so i could get my ink sooner (had to wait 3 days for them to ship from CA but thats not all that bad)"

"I have been a customer since 2009, and have placed at least 3 orders from what I recall. Only 1 had a small issue, it was delayed by a couple of days due to a stock issue, but they did notify me about that after ordering. The products i have bought are good quality and i intend to come back. I must say that some reviews here look malicious, which is why i am writing this review to give a balanced feedback."

"These guys are awful. It took 2 weeks to get my refill cartridges from them, complete with calls to a rude and clueless customer service agent. Then when I finally got the shipment, two of the 4 cartridges were the wrong ones! They requested that I take a digital photograph of the wrong cartridges and e-mail it to them (which I did) so that I could get the new ones more quickly. Yeah right... It is a week later and I still have no replacements. Buyer beware!!!"

"Agree with the rest of the customers. Shipping is great but if something goes wrong... good luck.

My Cannon cartridge resetter has a loose part inside.. suspected a battery. Called customer service and numerous promises were made and absolutely none kept.

Finally needed to recharge the ink cartridges. Tore the resetter apart. Just as suspected a battery had come out of the clip. IF YOU NEED TO REPLACE BATTERIES THERE ARE TWO SCREWS HIDDEN UNDER THE LABEL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT. YES MY UNIT IS NOW HELD TOGETHER BY TAPE. 3 BATTERIES BY THE WAY. MY UNIT DOES WORK AFTER THE SURGERY.

All in all a bad store to deal with.

"These cartridges a did not work and company could care less.The end of Nov 09 my black was getting low (NX400) so I ordered a multi pak of all catridges. I week agao my magenta was low so I put in a cartridge from the Nov order"incompatible cartridge message came on. Had another from the same order and the message again "cartridge not recognized. I only had the two spares from this company and both were bad. The Rep advised taht They only offer refunds up tp 4months and mine was 4 mos and three weeks. The expiraton date was 11/2011 but they did not care. Use caution and be advised they could care less about customer satisfaction. Never again from this company."

"Beware of this seller! They have a 30 day return policy regardless of the expiration date on the package! They do not stand behind their products after 30 days even if they are obviously defective!

I ordered some print cartridges for my Canon MP500 printer PGI and CLI both black and colors. I made the order by phone on 12/7/09 (order #142677) to take advantage of a special sent to me by email by Patrick Edwards.

Five of the CLI cartridges failed (2 yellow, 2 magenta and 1 black). The cartridges would start to work when installed but as soon as the ink pad in the cartridge was used up they stopped working. The ink from the cartridge tank would not flow over to the ink pad side of the cartridge. The ink pad side of the cartridge was obviously dried out while the ink tank side was still full.

It took 3 weeks for them to even find the order! Since it was made by phone only Erin in customer service could pull it up after weeks of Sam trying to find it. At one point I even e mailed my bank statement to prove I made the order. To no avail, Erin did not want to hear about these problems either with the invisible order or the defective products. She just said they (their main office) cannot pull up phone orders and said no product returns after 30 days. The cartridge expiration dates were May 2011.

"I received this order in April and set it aside for future(unopened). This morning my printer (Canon iP4600)showed signs of low inklevels so I installed the 123refills cartridges. The retaining clips on the cyan and yellow cartridges would not secure the cartidges in the holder. I then removed them for inspection; not only were the retaining clips defective but also, the "chips" were missing, thus making them unuseable.
I called customer service (Bangladesh? India?) and was told that the "shelf life" was 6 months; therefore, no help could be expected. Guess who will not get any future orders!

"This is the worst on-line store I have ever encountered. I ordered 2 Uni-kit Refill kits for Samsung ML2850 inclusive of the replacement chips. When the package finally arrived, the replacement chips ARE MISSING. How in Heaven's Name could I use the toner WITHOUT THE CHIPS! More, 123 Refills included a CD refilling instructions BUT WITHOUT THE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MODEL OF THE TONER I ORDERED! How can a company be so cavalier in filling up orders. Now I have to wait for another three weeks if ever it will send me the two replacement chips I ordered and paid for! Also, the toner I received is NOT A UNI-KIT toner at all and NOT IN THE PACKAGE it advertised on their site. It was marked "Odyssey" with a sticker "Uni-Kit". I feel I was buying from a hole in the wall reseller."

"I ordered ink jet cartridges for Epson printer. Order arrived promptly but the "use by" date was 1/2009 or 4 months after I received the cartridge. Prices were competitive but they shouldn't send goods that have already expired. Won't be using them again. "
