After contacting , Irene, Maria and Karen at 123 at least 8 times in the past two months they promised to return the original security system to me but they have not complied with their promises. Their sales people are not knowledgeable and thier management/owner has not corrected this problem as she has promised. 123 security can not be trusted, they have 0 customer service, and ripped me off for $330.
