"I bought a roof rack from this seller on eBay, to my eternal regret. The rack was supposed to fit my Lexus SUV based on a configurator on their site, but when I installed it, the part was several inches too wide. The trouble began when contacting the seller, who would not issue a replacement nor a refund. They "pretend" to be nice, with amiable messages like "sorry friend" and "we'll check please wait" but never actually DO anything. At one point they asked me to simply re-sell it here in the USA on my own. They are clearly an overseas drop-ship scammer of some sort. Avoid at all costs!!!"
"Ordered a shock thru their listing on eBay. Seller then cancelled the order with a note “cancelled at buyers request”. I never cancelled the order. Seems like a scam and now have to cancel my credit card to get a new one. Thanks for the aggravation. "
"Dont by from here parts are not goood..they are damaged factory defects tjats why they cheap..an hey keept my money when i tryed returning .dont take a chance"
"Bought $11 door hinge pins for Ford truck. Got $88 water pump for an SUV. Told them, and they wanted ME TO PAY to ship it back and refused to send hinges until I did. They had no compassion or sympathy related to this situation whatsoever. They were not nice, and did not respond or acknowledge my complaints. Once I got ****, and I left them negative feedback, they THEN changed their mind and said I could keep the $88 water pump, AND they would refund me the $11. WHAT THE H E DOUBLE LL am I supposed to do with a water pump that fits nothing I have ! And NOW that they **** me off, and I won't remove my negative feedback, they want me to send back the water pump again (I thought you just gave it to me), this time at their expense. They even sent me a return label now !!! ROFLMAO."
"I bought a fuel pump from autoparts.com for a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan with a 3.3l flex fuel engine. Fuel pressure regulator and fuel level sensor failed in a very short time after installation. I bought this pump from them to save money. I will have to pay the garage for second installation. So I saved nothing. I did how ever gain additional grieve. Autoparts will not refund money. They will only replace defective pump. I am hesitant to install another one of their pumps. Several people warned me not to buy pump on line. Should of listened. Lesson learned. Had I bought from local parts store they would have guaranteed part and paid for second install if pump had been defected. My advice > DON"T BUY FUEL PUMP from Autoparts.com "
"Pricing for parts is excellent. Shipping is slow and customer service is lacking."
"Great seller. I bought a pair of Dorman control arms from 123autoparts after my order (for the same parts) with another online retailer was randomly cancelled. 123autoparts was very, very slightly more expensive, but they have flat rate shipping of $9.99 so overall, my order was cheaper! The manufacturer drop-shipped the parts the same day I ordered, and they showed up 2 days later. I could not be happier with my purchase, and will definitely order from 123autoparts in the future!"
