"I've ordered a tablet which had faults on arrival and was so very dissapointed with the after sales help. Basically they did not want to take this back and sent me instructions on re installing the whole system! I also ordered a cover for this and again the man on the phone was awful. Apart from the fact that I could not understand him he dodnt have a clue as to where this order was! Apologies for the problem.
Its bit strange that your battery has stopped working after such long usage.

Overcharging: Lots of people spend more time connected to AC power than on battery
Storage - Exposure to too hot or cold temparatures etc also affect the battery life

We have mentioned charging FAQ's in our listing did you followed those instruction? If not please follow it.
Please try this: Remove the battery, and AC power. If you have access to the battery contacts inside of the battery compartment (in some laptops it's very accessible, others its almost impossible) try cleaning the connection terminals with rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip. It may not be getting the proper connection necessary to charge, recharge, and report battery information to the laptop.
After trying out the above steps, if your battery is still not responding, we can exchange it.

Please note : As per the recent notice -
Batteries are classed as dangerous goods by the latest edition of the International Civil Aviation Organisation’s Technical Instructions are prohibited.
This is due to concerns over fire or explosion. Despite the fact that most items are shipped with a minimal electric charge,
The Civil Aviation Authority policy for restricted/dangerous/prohibited items allowed to travel by airmail seems to have become more strict suddenly.
So it seems they have now stopped delivering international shipments containing lithium batteries.

So in this case you cannot return the item to us and we cannot send you replacement either.
