"My first order with 123inkcartridges for toner cartridges was very satisfactory, Moustache brand. For my second order they sent me an unbranded product that lasted just a few weeks rather than than the several months that is normal with my printer. I am retired and there is very little variance in the amount of printing that I do throughout the year, so there is no question that the problem was with the cartridges (not just one, but two of them).
I e-mailed 123inkcartridges on March 4, 2016 with details of the problem and received a standard reply the same day. I replied immediately asking for a specific response to my concern. This e-mail was ignored. After returning from vacation, on April 7th I sent another e-mail saying that I was still patiently awaiting a reply to my March 4th e-mail and would not be placing another order until the issue was resolved. This e-mail was also ignored.
I telephoned April 12th to try and resolve the letter and was basically stone-walled. Firstly I was told that they have changed their system and therefore had no record of my e-mails. Think about that for a second. Then I was asked to explain the matter all over again, but continually interrupted and challenged. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told that nobody was available. I said that I would forward all the e-mails and asked that a manager would read these and call me back. Of course I never did hear from them again.
Don’t be sucked in by the cheap prices as I was. It will cost you much more in time and frustration trying to deal with these people. I just wish I had read the reviews before dealing with them. "

"I would rate them as a zero if I could. I ordered three Measy RC11 android air remotes, which were listed as IN STOCK. It took them over a week to ship because as their CSR told me, they were OUT OF STOCK and were waiting for more to reach their China warehouse. After I complained to their customer support, they added a note to the product listing which indicates the order will be shipping from China. SHADY!!!
I ordered from a Canadian site because I was expecting my order before Christmas. Turns out my order is coming from China, and I would have been better off ordering from a Chinese retailer. Ordered November 30th, and the ETA is January 3rd. I've had faster turnarounds from Chinese retailers. I'm disappointed that a Canadian retailer is worse. I'm even more disappointed that they didn't offer anything to do resolve the issue. No reimbursement, no escalation, nothing. Just a great big F U, and thanks for your money.

Purchased some toners for shipping to Toronto. Somehow they screwed up the address and it got routed across the country to Vancouver. Delivery that should've taken 2 days instead is now 2 weeks and counting. No effort made by their customer service to send a replacement package or do a refund. They just don't care. Oh well.
TLDR: don't order toner from here if you need it right away."
"I've been ordering stuff from them for the last couple years. Really fast shipping and great prices. The one time I had a problem with a cable they issued a credit for the full value very promptly (no having the ship it back).
They basically sell monoprice cables at a slight markup which I am fine with - still very cheap.
For the toner I've used over 10 TN450 cartridges now, and everyone has been perfect. I keep meaning to check the page numbers to see how long they are lasting but I know its very close the the genuine toner.

"Used this company (Canadian Website) on two occasions, both good experiences. The first was to buy printer ink (generic versions). Price was good and delivery within one week. Email updates of delivery status via Canada Post expedited was excellent. Second purchase was two Sony E-readers. Prices were lower than competitors. Email from customer service said they were out of stock but would ship in three days. Rescheduled delivery followed as promised. Would recommend this company for good prices and customer service. Dollar amount gave free delivery on both purchases."
