"Ordered and received a pond liner and underlayment. Had no idea the product was not returnable although afterwards, when I dug through the web site's return policies, one can see that liners are not returnable. Unless shoppers are savvy enough to check the return policies before ordering, they could be out of luck - there is no indication of such at the time of ordering.

Also, I question the policy on liners in the first place. When I called, the girl said it was because other shoppers had returned damaged liners. OK, so why not credit shoppers *after* the product has been returned and inspected?

Girl said she would call me back and never did. Not impressive - I spent more than $2500 with these guys and they cannot remember to call me back? I would shop elsewhere. I am really sorry to didn't check DG before ordering - the company has more negative reviews than positive ones and I would have been more careful."
