"First delivery was not quite what I thought I had ordered. Although the graphics were beautiful and the online staff chat person was outstanding, my order needed to be redone. 123Prints was kind enough to offer a one time courtesy replacement order. There were difficulties replacing the image with the online tools and various other reasons. So, I'm not certain if the replacement order will be exactly what I'm hoping for. Overall, friendly, helpful and courteous staff, speed of processing and delivery, and very nice graphics. We shall see how the replacement order pans out upon delivery."

Being as I was told I would have received them by now, I had numerous people lined up, taking time out of their day, making arrangements for their children, taking off work, to help me get them mailed out. Being as I haven't received them as promised, overnight due to their error, all of those kind people set to help me today, have to rearrange their schedules again. If 123 print tells me they are shipping overnight, that is what should have been done. When they realized they did not do what was said, I should have been informed of such. Wrong order, then wrong shipping method for reorder. Was told "You weren't charged for the reprints or shipping". I shouldn't have been anyway as it was an error. Thats not a bonus to not be charged twice for 2 shipping errors. How about "we apologize", how can we help resolve the situation?". "

"123Print has been my go-to business for printing needs for years. Lately, the quality of the ink and/or print has diminished. This last order of return address labels, while shipped quickly, does not contain solidly printed letters on the labels. It's almost as if there had been a wrinkle they were printing over. In other places, the ink appears faded and is not solidly black throughout. I don't know if they've changed the type of ink they use, have new equipment, have new employees, or are printing faster than their equipment can handle. Whatever the reason, the quality of the end product is not as high as it once was, nor am I as satisfied with their product as I have been in the past.
16 May 2016: A customer service supervisor contacted me to see how this issue could be resolved. She was very helpful, patiently listened to me while I went into further details about my dissatisfaction over this particular order, offered three possible solutions 123Print was willing to make, and then did indeed make it right. Once again, 123Print has proven that they care about the quality of product they sell to their customers. I have been a customer for years, and will remain one for my label, business card and invitation needs. Thank you, 123Print, and thank you, Cynthia Spann for taking the time to resolve this issue."
